1. Digital Item Delivery
All digital products, including video games, downloadable content (DLC), and any other digital goods, are delivered instantly upon successful purchase and payment, provided the product is not a pre-order item.

Pre-Order Items: If the item is a pre-order, the product will be delivered to you on the official release date. You will receive an email notification once your pre-ordered item is available for download or access.

2. Physical Merchandise Shipping
If you have purchased physical merchandise, such as clothing, posters, or other collectibles, these items will be shipped and handled separately from our digital products. We strive to process and ship your physical orders as quickly as possible.

Dark Dojo Studios, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

3. International Shipping
