However, in 2020, development was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tragically, we also lost one of our senior programmers to COVID-related complications. This was a deeply difficult period for our team.
Resurgence & Rebuilding
During the hiatus, our founder pivoted to community building, connecting with streamers, reviewers, and creating content as a streamer to grow a grassroot following around The Fixers. This initiative laid the foundation for a stronger return to development, with a passionate player base eager to support the project.
As of 2024, development has resumed with renewed energy. With the help of our senior dev, we’ve made major strides toward bringing The Fixers to Steam Early Access.
